Avantes Open House Event and CEO Visit!
Earlier this month, Avantes USA hosted an open house event to celebrate the move to our new office, and we were honored to have the CEO of Avantes BV visit for the occasion!
Before coming to the office in Colorado, Pierre was able to visit some of our biggest customers in the Northeast area of the United States. He traveled with Damon Lenski, General Manager of Avantes USA, and Ryan Flaherty, Regional Sales Manager of the Eastern Region, which proved to be a great bonding experience! Once at the office, Pierre surprised us with a gift from the Rijksmuseum! He knew we’d been experiencing a lot of rain in Colorado lately, so he had some specially-made umbrellas with the Rembrandt painting underneath. What a thoughtful and beautiful gift!
On August 12th we held our open house party. It turned out to be a wonderful success! We had delicious food and local Colorado beer to celebrate and connect with everyone. And most importantly, we set up six live spectroscopy demonstrations throughout the office as well as outside–including one that resulted in a report to read and download on our website, titled, “Measuring Melanin and Hemoglobin levels of Skin Samples.”
We truly appreciate everyone who took the time to join the party and visit us at our new office! A special thank you to Pierre for flying out from the Netherlands and listening to us, helping us prepare for the party, and generally being an amazing guy!
