Our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process is designed to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers. The first step in initiating an RMA is to complete our user-friendly online form. Once submitted, one of our dedicated Regional Sales Engineers will promptly reach out to you. Their expertise allows them to assess the situation and determine whether an RMA is indeed necessary. If it is, they will efficiently assign a unique RMA number to facilitate the return of the instrument to our office.
