Avantes USA Team Visits Europe for Training, Strategy, and Connection

This month, some of our Avantes USA team members had the opportunity to visit with our colleagues in Europe, deepening connections and sharing valuable knowledge across teams. Kurt and Andrew traveled to our headquarters in the Netherlands, where they received hands-on engineering and order processing training. They also engaged in valuable discussions to improve collaboration and communication across borders.

Meanwhile, Damon, Katrina, and Nathan headed to Oberursel, Germany, to meet with our Dutch, Chinese, and German colleagues. Through a mix of bonding activities and strategy sessions, they focused on refining our sales and marketing approach for 2025.

 

 

This trip was an incredible chance for Avantes colleagues to meet, collaborate, and build connections in person—a welcome change from our usual online interactions! Here’s to a stronger, more united Avantes team worldwide!
